Feel a dramatic relief in your body with 16 X SESSIONS with me FACE-TO-FACE or ONLINE via Zoom in the comfort of your home.
Each SESSION is 60 minutes and includes posture alignment photos which we will discuss with you before going through specific exercises for you to improve your posture. After each session, you will receive a personalised exercise menu with links to the instructions sent via e-mail and a commitment to do these exercises once a day. As a personalised touched you will also be contacted by me via sms to see how you are going once through the week.

What to Expect
Each 60 minute session includes:
- Posture Alignment Photos - We take photos of you Front, Sides and Back
- Assess, Discuss and Identify your posture, muscle imbalances and movement patterns
- Develop and go through your Personalised Posture Therapy Exercises and Stretching Plan to correct your posture and improve function.
To inspire and uplift, we also offer a Tutoring session.
