Frequently Asked Questions
Posture Therapy is a whole-body, all-natural method of enabling patients to relieve discomfort and maintain or improve their level of activity. We define posture as your body's ability to move freely without restriction or pain, not only how you sit and stand. We provide both online and in-person therapy sessions, leading patients through individualized treatment regimens that concentrate on addressing the underlying causes of problems.
Both! Posture Therapy provides treatment sessions in person as well as virtually. You have the option to visit us in person for sessions if you live close by. Alternatively, we can provide therapy through video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, FaceTime, etc.). This means that you can have the same individualized, whole-body therapy in the convenience of your own home.
Whichever option you select, we will collaborate with you to create a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and advances your objectives.
Unfortunately we are not registered with Private Health Insurance yet.
Preferably tight fitting sports clothes to enable us to see your posture when we take and assess your posture photos. You can then change into looser clothes for when we go through your Posture Therapy exercise regime if you like.
Minimum 4 to 5 times a week but preferably once a day. In Posture Therapy we train the body into proper alignment by eliminating dysfunctions, rotations and compensations in a systematical way. Remember your current posture didn't happen overnight so if we do our Posture Therapy Exercise Regime once a day we're changing our bodies habits and result in a better quality of life, a pain free life.
Posture Therapy is a journey and all bodies respond differently. You will notice a difference after the first session but that's just the start of getting you towards your goals of being pain free, increase mobility and improve quality of life. Other contributing factors to speed up your improvement is how dedicated you do your Posture Therapy exercise regime, drinking plenty of water and sleep.

We assist a wide spectrum of clients seeking pain treatment, functional training, posture correction, and maximum health and wellness, from kids to elders, couch potatoes to elite athletes. Individualized posture therapy plans are available from our team of skilled posture therapists, making it an excellent choice for people who want to take charge of their health.
Posture Therapy is distinct from other approaches in a number of important respects.
First, the therapist using posture therapy will evaluate and treat your complete body, not just the location causing you discomfort. This is known as a whole-body approach. This aids in addressing the underlying source of your problems and guards against new ones.
Second, by providing clients with personalized exercise regimens to complete in between therapy sessions, Posture Therapy strongly emphasizes self-help and empowerment. This enables customers to actively participate in their own recovery and advancement.
Last but not least, at Posture Therapy, we take the time to learn about each client and their unique needs in order to create individualized treatment regimens. This isn't like other approaches that might just treat symptoms and provide generic, protocol-based medications.

Yes, Posture Therapy can be used in conjunction with many different healing modalities and possibly speed up your recovery. That being said, what separates us from the others is we give you the tools to fix yourself through our personalised Posture Therapy exercise regimes which then empowers you to take control of your own health and ultimately not depend on others to achieve your optimal state of health.
Majority of the Posture Therapy exercises you need a yoga block, a strap and the rest are generally things you have around the house like a floor, free clear wall, and a chair. You can find links through our website of other equipment we provide on our product page but only recommend using them with the advice of a Posture Therapist.
